The dashboard is continuously updated and works in real-time, hence, the live status of the project is visible throughout. In this way, Clients can follow the project’s development at any time by checking the project summary. They can also see areas of concern, or project conditions that may contribute to a layer of uncertainty. Such conditions can range from a lack of information needed to carry out the project, to consequences that may arise in connection with, for example, canceled flights in the event logistics operations are project-critical.

With this dynamic way of working, the Focus Construction leads the way when it comes to proactive information sharing. Focus Construction Clients do not need to ask for information about the project. The dashboard provides real-time access to all the information they need at any time.
