Corporate Governance is of utmost importance to Focus Construction. All work undertaken is carried out in accordance with laid down procedures, process descriptions, checklists and job descriptions. The company has a well-functioning Quality Management system with references to ISO. This is being followed in all projects. The system follows the criteria of the internationally-recognized ISO 9001-2015 standard. Compliance with this quality management system reassures our Clients that products and services have been subject to rigorous assessment criteria.

Focus Construction has its own QAQC team it’s Vietnam operation. This team enjoys a wealth of experience as quality inspectors for a number of oil and gas projects. In addition to comprehensive quality assurance of its own deliveries, Focus Construction conducts fabrication follow ups on larger or smaller projects for Clients in several countries.
